After the site visit we decded that we are no longer repairing cabin and have opted to replace all twelve (12) with three of them being separate options. An update including the Q&A will be posted in the coming days.

23 FSS strives to meet the needs of our customer base. Grassy Pond currently has nine (12) cabin sites that are empty following Hurricane Idalia damage and in need of full replacement. Three (3) of the twelve (12) cbins will be separated into options. This has a direct, negative impact on the health of the MWRF.
After the site visit and the questions that we received we have decided to change the requirement and we will separate three (3) of the twelve cabins into separate options.
23d FSS requires full replacement of the nine (12) 3-Bedroom Modular Cabins due to Hurricane Idalia damage. Three of the twelve will be separate options.

Requirements for the Cabins are:Standard 3-Bedroom Modular Cabins (5):Replacement Cabin - House 14'x64' (including tongue)Set Homes, and Level & Tie Down Hurricane StrapsHook Up Water & SewerHook Up Electrical to Home Energy efficient LED light bulbs to be used throughout the Cabin. Satellite/cable wall mounts to be installed in each Queen Bedroom and in the Living Room. TV's and TV Mounts to be Provided by Customer.HVAC 14 Seer Heat Pump 2 Ton Package Unit No Master Control System tie-in required Honeywell ProSeries Thermostat (or equivalent)Install Vinyl Stone SkirtingEnclosed Deck with Screen Porch 10'x10' to be Stained to Match Other 3 Bedroom Cabins On-site. Steps needs handrails.
