Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The Tenderer shall have to provide Valid and up-to-dated Trade License, Tax Identification number (TIN), Income Tax Certificate and VAT registration number (BIN) as a proof of taxation obligation, Bank statement as a proof of liquid assets.2) The Tenderer shall have to provide proper documents reflecting experience (minimun 4 lacs) on related works for last two years.3) Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of Bank draft / Pay order from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh.4) The Tenderer must fulfil other conditions as per tender data sheet (TDS).
