Graphics utility software 1. The subject of the order is the Contractor's provision of a Software subscription to the Ordering Party along with granting or ensuring that the Contractor grants the Ordering Party an appropriate license enabling the use of from the Software under the terms of the License Terms: - as part of the basic order, the Software indicated in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (SOPZ), point 1, point 1) - in the number indicated there, - under the option right Software indicated in the Annex No. 1 to SWZ (SOPZ) point 1 subpoint 2) - in the number indicated there, together with the granting or provision by the Contractor of a license enabling the use of the above-mentioned.
