1. The subject of the order is comprehensive service in the field of creating graphic designs used in connection with planned activities promoting the Maopolska brand by individual departments of the Maopolska Voivodeship Marshal's Office. Within orders will be created with a variety of graphic designs, both for print and online. The service also includes the transfer of copyright to designs.2. The conditions for the execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be included in the content of this contract - the contract template and constitutes Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).3. The ordering party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right on the terms specified in section 2 of the contract template.4. Detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2A to the WZZ, which is also Annex No. 1 to the contract template.5. As part of the execution of the order, the contractor will be obliged to transfer to the Ordering Party the copyrights to the materials created in as part of the execution of the order, in accordance with the provisions of the contract template.6.
