BDC invites suppliers offering specialized graphic design services (hereinafter referred to as “services”) to submit a proposal.Following this call for tenders, BDC intends to enter into a service agreement (also referred to as “contract” herein) with two (2) to three (3) firms specializing in graphic design to support the execution of the mandates described below.
