Graphic creation Graphic execution and layout of documents (texts and illustrations provided) Consultation launched by a group of orders. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separated. Services are regulated by unit prices. Equipped with in-house graphic skills with a shared DTP workshop, the Communication departments of the City of Besançon and Grand Besançon Métropole can thus absorb a certain number of routine graphic design work. However, due to lack of sufficient availability of their internal teams or because the projects to be carried out require specific resources, the management of the above-mentioned structures or the services themselves may be required to call on external graphic designers, independent service providers or agencies to create new graphic projects or adapt existing projects.
