The city of Kauhava requests offers for graphic design and folding work. It is about producing the city's marketing materials in accordance with the city's valid graphic guidelines (attached). The most common jobs are brochures, different types communication supporting materials, advertisements, banners, etc. for different channels. The contract is concluded for two years 2026-2027. Selection criteria are: - hourly price (€/h) 50% and - quality and delivery assessment 50%. The tenderer must deliver at least five (5) sample work and reference information. In addition, the bidder is asked to indicate delivery reliability and speed (the team presented for the task and the promised delivery speed). The quality and delivery evaluation is based on the overall evaluation of references and sample works. The overall evaluation takes into account the visual quality and suitability of the works to the needs of the framework contract, as well as reliability and speed of delivery. Tenders must be submitted to the procurement unit by 12.15.2025.
