To cope with an additional punctual activity or respond to the specificity of certain communication campaigns or projects, the City of Pantin wishes to add the know-how of providers able to support the Communication Department in its missions Graphic design for print, the web and digital for the period 2024/2027. The providers selected come on specific fields in addition to the internal graphic skills present consultation concerns the graphic execution as well as the graphic design of communication supports, but also the creation of visual identities and more broadly graphic principles for the web and digital. It may be for these providers to create new lines or graphic principles or to decline the existing, on the basis of detailed briefs.
