Tenders are invited for Graphic and Web Design Services Using WordPress CMS

) Vendor needs to provide graphic and web design services using WordPress content management system and must be compatible with mobile devices and social media.

- To provide as-needed graphic design and web design services from concept to completion for agency programs, projects, and campaigns.

1. Project Communications

- Communicate regularly with the agency Contract Manager and if needed, with applicable agency staff and/or other agency contractors. Communications include:

a. Updates via telephone, email, and/or in-person.

b. Progress report and schedule update.

c. As-needed onsite and/or teleconference meetings.

2. Graphic Design

a. Provide graphic design and creative support from concept to completion for agency programs, projects, and campaigns.

b. Design and edit graphics, animations, maps, photos, and infographics for a variety of communication and collateral materials that include, but are not limited to, presentations, newsletters, postcards, posters, banners, online advertisements, social media and website banners and content, video, and mobile applications

c. Develop creative representation of the agency brand, including visual brand identity, brand guidelines, and branded templates.

d. agency shall have final approval over all text, content, graphics, video, layout and related artwork.

3. Web Design

a. Provide front-end creative design and layout of new or existing agency websites, most of which are created in WordPress.

- The sites shall be developed so agency staff and designated web-maintenance contractors can troubleshoot, edit pages and manage the site at all times.

b. Activities include, but are not limited to, design or redesign of pages, development of content and information architecture, development of mockups, WordPress feature configuration, testing, content management edits, and maintenance. Specific activities to be agreed upon in consultation with agency Contract Manager.
