In order to determine the key procurement parameters, we ask you to send a technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as the TCP) for the provision of a non-exclusive right to use computer software "NanoCAD 26 Platform". In the TCP, please indicate the final the cost of licenses, as well as fill out the Specification template (Appendix No. 2 to the TCH request), send in pdf and xlsx formats. The TCP must indicate the validity period of the offer. The terms of reference can be found in the attachment to the letter. We also ask attach the Software Partner Certificate, if applicable. Please send the technical proposal before 08/03/2026 to the specialist of the SC Forward Energy PJSC Natalya Viktorovna Zabelina at the email address [email protected], [email protected].
