Granting a long-term loan up to PLN 15 million. The subject of the order is the service of granting a long-term loan up to PLN 15, 000, 000.00 intended to finance the planned budget deficit of the Bystrzyca Kłodzka Commune and the repayment previously incurred liabilities due to loans taken out. 2. Detailed terms of the order: 2.1. Loan period - from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2041, 2.2. The loan will be disbursed in tranches by December 30, 2026 - on based on the Ordering Party's instruction (sent electronically) sent no later than two days from the date of sending the instruction to release the loan tranche, 2.3. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the entire amount pledged his/her loan disposition until December 30, 2026, without giving reasons, and the contractor will not charge any fees or commissions in this respect. If such a situation arises, an annex will be prepared to the contract. The Ordering Party indicates that it is minimal the loan amount that will be disbursed is PLN 2, 000, 000.00.
