Granting a long-term loan to the Głogów Municipality in the amount of PLN 29, 300, 000 3. Detailed terms of the order: 3.1. The loan will be disbursed in tranches, the amount and date of which will be disbursed will be adapted to the needs of the Ordering Party, on his/her behalf written request within max. 5 days business days from its submission, no later than December 31, 2026. 3.2 Order completion date - loan period: from the date of signing the contract until December 31, 2041 3.3. Repayment of capital in 60 quarterly installments, including: - 59 equal installments quarterly in the amount of PLN 488, 334.00 each, at the end of each quarter, starting from March 31, 2027. - the last capital installment in the amount of PLN 488, 294.00, payable on December 31, 2041. 3.4. Quarterly interest payments on the actual debt, starting from December 31, 2026. Subsequent interest installments are calculated and payable on the last day of each quarter. 3.5. If the principal or interest repayment date falls on a non-working day, the repayment will be made on the last business day of each quarter. 3.6. Interest rate according to variable interest rate, which changes as follows mentioned principle: the interest rate consists of a variable WIBOR rate for 3-month interbank PLN deposits, announced on the 15th day of the month preceding the quarterly period interest and from the bank's fixed margin.
