Granting a long-term loan to finance the planned budget deficit in connection with the implementation of the investment project entitled "Modernization and reconstruction of the existing sewage treatment plant in Maszewo" The subject of the order is a service granting a long-term loan up to PLN 15, 000, 000.00 intended to finance the planned budget deficit of the Maszewo Commune in connection with the implementation of the investment project entitled "Modernization and reconstruction of the existing sewage treatment plant in Maszewo. The proceedings are carried out in accordance with Resolution No. XVI/171/2026 of the City Council in Maszewo of June 10, 2026 regarding taking out a long-term loan. Detailed terms of the order: 2.1. Loan period - from the date of conclusion of the contract to on December 31, 2036, 2.2. The loan will be disbursed in tranches in 2027-2028, in accordance with the actual progress of work and invoices received from the Contractor - based on the Ordering Party's instruction (sent electronically). The bank will release each tranche loan within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the properly submitted ordering party's instruction. 2.3. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the entire loan at its disposal until December 30, 2028, without giving reasons, and the contractor will not charge any fees or commissions in this respect.
