1. The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of up to PLN 7, 000, 000.00 to finance the planned deficit and repay previously incurred credit and loan liabilities.

2. Detailed description of the itemu order

a) Method of taking out a loan:

The contractor will transfer to the basic account of the budget of the Studzienice Commune in 2024 the loan amount up to: PLN 7, 000, 000.00 (in words: seven million zlotys 00/100),

b) Repayment period of the loan and interest

Long-term loan in the amount of up to PLN 7, 000, 000.00intended for financing the planned deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities under credits and loans will be made available in 2024, from the date of signing the agreement with the bank.

 repayment of the loan capital installments will take place in 2029-2035,

 capital repayment will take place inquarterly notes - in accordance with the attached schedule constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - on the last business day of a given month,

repayment of the first installment will take place no later than March 31, 2029.

interest will be charged on the disbursed and unpaid part of the loan.
