Granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 43, 459, 000.00 1. Subject of the order: 1) Granting a long-term commercial loan in Polish currency in the maximum amount - PLN 43, 459, 000.00 (forty-three million, four hundred and fifty-nine thousand zlotys 00/100); including repayment in full of previously incurred long-term loan liabilities, provided that this reduces the total servicing cost over the entire repayment period. 2) Order completion date: up to 7 days after selection the most advantageous offer and after the borrower submits an application for a loan specifying its size - in an amount not exceeding PLN 43, 459, 000.00. 3) A blank promissory note is proposed as a form of loan security. 4)Starting the loan will be made after the Ordering Party submits an instruction, no later than December 28, 2026. 5) The loan repayment date is from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2039, in monthly installments. 6) The Ordering Party reserves the right to repay the loan early without any financial costs for the Ordering Party. 7) It is agreed that the interest will be repaid on the amount of the loan remaining to be repaid (on the actual debt), in monthly periods (until the 5th day of the month following the month in which capital installment has been repaid). 8) The bank is not entitled to other fees and commissions except for activities related to: 1) sending reminders to the Borrower requesting voluntary repayment...
