Granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 3, 356, 357.65 1. The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 3, 356, 357.65 with repayment in the years 2027 - December 31, 2039. The loan will be used to repay previously incurred loans loans and advances in the amount of PLN 1, 400, 000.00 and to finance the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 1, 956, 357.00. 2. The loan will be granted in accordance with the scheme presented in the table and the loan repayment plan constituting Annex No. 2 to specifications of essential terms of the contract. 3. The loan granted will be based on the WIBOR 3M rate according to current quotations as of July 10, 2026 and a fixed margin during the loan period, with a fixed capital installment. 4. The basis for calculating the cost of credit for the need to compare and select the most advantageous offer is the loan repayment plan, constituting Annex No. 2 to the specification of essential terms of the contract, containing the following assumptions: 1) loan currency: Polish zloty (PLN); 2) loan amount - 3, 356, 357.65 PLN; 3) interest rate per year - according to the submitted offer; 4) date and amount of the loan: on September 15, 2026 in the full amount; 5) frequency of principal and interest installment payments - quarterly (until the last day of the quarter); 6)period grace period for repayment of capital installments: first installment payable on March 31, 2027. 7) repayment of interest installments will start on March 31, 2027 in accordance with the rules applied by the bank; 8) repayment date...
