The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan in 2026 in the total amount of PLN 28, 766, 780, intended to finance the budget deficit of the Rokietnica Commune in 2026 and to repay previously incurred liabilities related to loans and credits. 1. Planned loan period - from the date of signing the contract to December 20, 2041. 2. Currency - PLN 3. Grace period on loan repayment - repayment of loan installments from January 20, 2027. - until December 20, 2041 4. Monthly repayment of capital and interest monthly. 5. Loan interest rate: WIBOR 3M interest rate for three-month deposits increased by the bank margin taking into account all additional bank costs incurred by the ordering party. The bank's margin is constant during the contractual loan period. 6. The Ordering Party does not expect the contractor to charge any fees or commissions for granting the loan. 7. The Ordering Party will not incur additional fees for certificates issued by the Bank and other documents necessary for the Ordering Party to keeping accounting records and determining the amounts of financial liabilities. 8.
