1. Name of the subject of the order: Granting a long-term loan in the amount of up to PLN 18, 000, 000.00.
2. The subject of the order includes granting the Oborniki Commune a long-term loan in the amount of up to PLN 18, 000, 000.00 intended for financing the planned budget deficit of the Oborniki Commune in 2026 and to repay liabilities incurred in previous years.
3. The loan will be granted on the following conditions:
1) Loan currency: Polish zloty (PLN).
2) The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use part of the amount loan without incurring additional fees, commissions or other costs, up to PLN 6, 000, 000.00. The minimum value of the loan used will be PLN 12, 000, 000.00.
3) The loan will be disbursed in tranches, in the amounts and on dates specified by the Ordering Party, based on written loan disbursement instructions sent to the Contractor via e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Contractor. Payment of each tranche will be made no later than within 3 business days from the date of receipt by the Contractor of the correct instruction to release the tranche.
4)W If the Contractor fails to pay the loan funds within the period specified in point 3, the Ordering Party has the right to seek compensation for the damage on general terms.
