Granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 13, 151 PLN 690.69 to finance expenditures to repay previously incurred credits and loans and the planned budget deficit of the Mogilno commune for 2026 1. The subject of the order is to grant and service a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 13, 151, 690.69 (in words: thirteen million one hundred fifty-one thousand six hundred ninety zlotys 69/100) to finance: 1) expenses to repay previously incurred credits and loans in the amount of PLN 3, 069, 470.00, 2) planned deficit of the Commune budget Mogilno in 2026 in the amount of PLN 10, 082, 220.69. 2. The loan will be disbursed based on the Ordering Party's instruction submitted to the Bank no later than four business days before the planned disbursement date, in any amounts, dates and tranches. 3.Maximum The loan disbursement deadline is 4 business days, while a shorter period will be scored in the offer evaluation criterion. 4. For the purposes of comparing the submitted offers, it should be assumed that the entire loan will be disbursed on August 1, 2026. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to: yourself: 1) the right to resign from part of the loan, without additional costs, and the Contractor will not charge any other fees on the unused part of the loan (in the event of receiving additional income), 2) grace period for capital repayment until March 30 2027, without commission and fees, 3) possibility of early one-time repayment of the loan in full or in several installments...
