Granting a long-term loan The subject of the order is to grant long-term loans to the Roźwienica commune in the total amount of PLN 3, 000, 000.00 (in words: three million zlotys 00/100). Order description: Granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 3, 000, 000.00 intended to cover the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 1, 913, 480.90 and to repay received domestic loans and credits in the amount of PLN 1, 086, 519.10. Detailed terms of granting and repaying the loan: 1) Grant long-term commercial loan in Polish currency (PLN) in the amount of - PLN 3, 000, 000.00 (in words: three million zlotys 00/100) to cover the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 1, 913, 480.90 and to repay the received domestic loans and loans in the amount of PLN 1, 086, 519.10. The public procurement procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender referred to in Art. 132 of the Public Procurement Law, with a contract value exceeding the EU thresholds referred to in the regulations issued pursuant to Art. 3 of the Public Procurement Law Act of September 11, 2019.
