1. Subject of the order: Granting a long-term loan.2. Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is: Granting and servicing a long-term PLN loan in the amount of PLN 2, 550, 000.00 (in words: two million five hundred and fifty thousand PLN) for the purpose of repaying previously incurred liabilities. from loans and credits taken out and to finance the planned municipal budget deficit.3. The loan will be repaid on the following dates and amounts: June 30, 2030 - PLN 100, 000.00 from June 30, 2031 - PLN 150, 000.00 from June 30, 2032 - PLN 200, 000.00 from June 30, 2033 - PLN 200, 000.00 z30/06/2034 - 700, 000.00 z30/06/2035 - 700, 000.00 z30/06/2036 - 500, 000.00 z4. The loan repayment will be secured by a blank promissory note together with a declaration of bills of exchange. Only the bill of exchange declaration will be countersigned by the treasurer.5. To calculate the loan price, the WIBOR 3M rate of November 13, 2025, i.e. 4.28% and the bank's margin should be used Contractors. The margin of the Contractor's bank will be constant throughout the loan period.6.
