The subject of the order is to grant a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 4, 709, 611.92 (the amount left at the borrower's disposal), intended to repay previously incurred liabilities arising from credits and loans. The ordering party has the right not to use the loan.the total loan amount without incurring any related costs. 2. The Ordering Party specifies the following loan repayment deadlines: PLN 134, 800 - by July 31, 2027; PLN 100, 000 until July 31, 2028; PLN 100, 000 until July 31, 2029; PLN 200, 000 until July 31, 2030; PLN 200, 000 by day 3July 1, 2031; PLN 200, 000 until July 31, 2032; PLN 200, 000 until July 31, 2033; PLN 200, 000 until July 31, 2034; PLN 200, 000 until July 31, 2035; PLN 200, 000 until July 31, 2036; PLN 200, 000 until July 31, 2037; PLN 774, 811.92 until July 31, 2038; PLN 1, 000, 000 up toon July 31, 2039; 1, 000, 000 - until July 31, 2040. 3. Loan interest rate:

1). The amount of the loan used will bear interest annually, according to a variable interest rate. The interest rate will be equal to the base rate plus the bank's margin. 2). Base rate stthe interbank interest rate WIBOR 3M will be the same, according to the last quotation in the month preceding the beginning of the quarterly accounting period for which interest on the loan will be calculated and repaid. If the WIBOR 3M rate is liquidated, it will be replaced by agreement of the parties...
