Granting a long-term bank loanThe subject of the order is to grant a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 3, 501, 677.00 for: a) repayment of previously taken out credits and loans in the amount of PLN 2, 021, 392.00, b) covering the planned deficit in the amount of PLN 1, 480, 285.00. The loan will be disbursed in the period from the date of signing the agreement to December 31, 2026, based on separate instructions. Interest repayment on the last day of each month, and if this is a holiday, on the first business day of the next month. Loan security there will be a blank bill of exchange. In the event of early repayment of the loan, interest will be calculated until the loan repayment date, and not until the end of the contract period. The Ordering Party will have the right not to use the full loan amount without giving a reason and the right to earlier loan repayment, without additional costs. If such a situation arises, an annex will be concluded to the contract. The loan cannot be charged with fees and commissions other than those mentioned in the SWZ.
