"Granting and servicing a short-term loan to finance investments" Granting and servicing a short-term loan in the amount of PLN 3, 287, 790.00 (in words: three million two hundred eighty-seven thousand seven hundred ninety PLN 00/100) to the Ordering Party. 2.CPV code: 661130000-5 Credit granting services 3.Purpose of the Loan The loan will be used to finance the investment entitled: "Modernization of water supply infrastructure and expansion of the network in the Ciechanowiec Commune" 4. Basic data about the loan - The loan will be granted for the period from the date of signing the contract to the repayment date, i.e. until February 25, 2027 - The loan will be disbursed upon the Ordering Party's written request submitted to the Contractor, no later than 3 business days after its submission. - The loan may be repaid in part or in full, depending on the receipt of funds by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party expects to reimburse the costs incurred from the granted subsidy and VAT refund in the total amount of PLN 3, 287, 790. - The loan will be granted in Polish currency (PLN) - The loan interest rate will be based on the variable WIBOR 1M interest rate increased by the Bank's fixed and unchanging margin (the margin amount will be specified in the offer) - Interest will be repaid in periods monthly, - The Ordering Party will not incur any additional fees or commissions, apart from the cost of interest. 5.
