1. The subject of the order is: Granting and servicing a long-term loan intended to repay previously incurred liabilities in 2025.2. CPV 66.11.30.00-5 Credit granting services.3. Loan amount: PLN 2, 620, 097.32 (in words: two million six hundred twenty thousand ninety seven 32/100).4. Loan period: 97 months.5. Grace period for payment of capital installments: until March 28, 20266. The Ordering Party expects to use the loan in one tranche by December 29, 2025. 7. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the launch date (by December 30, 2025 at the latest) and the amount loan tranche. Such a change may not result in additional fees and commissions from the Contractor.8. The Ordering Party reserves the right to early repayment of part or all of the loan without additional commission (costs). 9.
