The subject of the order is to grant the Ostrorg Commune and service a long-term loan in the amount of up to PLN 1, 200, 000.00 to cover the planned budget deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities. Conditions of granting the loan: 1. Period lending from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2033. 2. Final loan disbursement date: December 31, 2026. 3. The date of signing the contract will be the day the loan is made available to the ordering party on dates and in tranches adapted to the needs of the ordering party. use of the loan from the date of disbursement of the loan, the date of disbursement of the loan is the date of taking out the first tranche or the entire loan based on the written instructions of the Ordering Party.4.
