1. The subject of the order is to grant and service a long-term loan in Polish currency in the maximum amount of PLN 5, 500, 000.00 (in words: five million five hundred thousand zlotys 00/100) for the Czorsztyn Commune.2. Loan allocation: PLN 4, 200, 000.00 to finance the planned budget deficit of the Czorsztyn Commune for 2026 and PLN 1, 300, 000.00 to repay previously incurred loan liabilities. The purpose of the loan corresponds to Art. 89 section 1 point 2 and 3 of the Public Finance Act. Basis for taking out a loan: budget resolution of the Czorsztyn Commune No. XVIII/138/2025 of December 29, 2025 r.
