Granting and servicing a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 14, 000, 000.00 The subject of the order is the granting and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 14, 000, 000.00 (in words: fourteen million zlotys 00/100) intended for the repayment previously incurred credit and loan liabilities and financing of the planned deficit. Loan repayment period - until December 31, 2036. The loan will be used until December 31, 2026. "on demand", i.e. after written instruction to start. Enlisted the loan will be used for: a) Financing the planned budget deficit of the Nowa Sól commune in the amount of PLN 8, 898, 874.95 b) Repayment of previously incurred liabilities due to loans and credits to the Nowa Sól commune in the amount of PLN 5, 101, 125.05 Repayment period loan - from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2036 in accordance with resolution No. XV/192/2026 of the Nowa Sól Commune Council of May 5, 2026. The loan is granted in Polish zlotys (PLN). The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of charging a commission for granting a loan or a commission for early repayment of the loan, commission for annexing the contract and additional fees and commissions or interest on the unused loan amount and other commissions and fees related to loan servicing applied by the bank. Placing loan funds to at the ordering party's disposal - from the date of signing the contract, however, in order to prepare the offer, the approximate date of loan disbursement should be assumed: September 14, 2026.
