The subject of the order is to grant the Ordering Party a long-term loan up to PLN 13, 980, 000.00. Type of transaction: granting and servicing a long-term loan up to PLN 13, 980, 000.00, disbursement of the loan according to the borrower's instructions in the period from signing the contract to 31stDecember 2024. In order to calculate the value of the loan, for the purposes of comparing offers, it is assumed that the loan is disbursed once on May 6, 2024. Loan period: repayment date of the first loan installment - March 31, 2025, repayment date of the last loan installment and interest - September 30, 2040, repayment date pifirst interest installment - June 30, 2024. Principal installment repayment dates - the loan will be repaid from March 31, 2025 to September 30, 2040. Interest repayment dates: interest repayment will take place quarterly until the last calendar day of each quarter starting fromfrom June 30, 2024 to September 30, 2040. Loan interest rate: the loan bears interest according to a variable interest rate applicable in the periods for which interest is charged.
