Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the service of granting and servicing a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 2, 000, 000.00 (in words: two million zlotys 00/100) intended for: PLN 1, 451, 195.00 - to repay previously incurred credit and loan liabilities; PLN 548, 805.00 for financing capital expenditure planned in the budget.2. The loan will be disbursed in the form of tranches to the basic account of the municipality's budget, of which the probable dates of repayment of the tranches are: November 30, 2026 PLN 1, 000, 000.00; December 18, 2026 -PLN 1, 000, 000.00. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to collect the loan amount in full height. In such a case, the Contractor will not charge the Ordering Party for the costs of not collecting the loan amount.4. A grace period for repayment of the principal amount has been established until December 31, 20265. No grace period for interest payments.6. Repayment of the loan in monthly installments by each last day of the month, starting in January 2027 until November 2033, and the interest payment is due by the 10th day of the following month. 7.
