1. The subject of the order is a financial service consisting in granting and servicing a loan: 1) investment, long-term, PLN in the amount of PLN 88, 730, 000.00, 2) short-term, revolving, PLN up to PLN 20, 407, 900.00 2. Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The subject of the order was divided into two tasks: Task No. 1 - Granting and servicing a long-term investment loan in PLN in the amount of up to PLN 88, 730, 000.00 (in words: eighty-eight million seven hundred and thirty thousand 00/100) intended for the tasks entitled: "Purchase of zero-emission buses with charging infrastructure for Miejskie Zakład Komunikacyjny sp. z o. o. in Jelenia Góra". A detailed description of the subject of the order has been included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
