Granting and servicing a loan or long-term loan to cover a deficit of PLN 4, 000, 000.0 which will be used to finance planned investments in Annex No. 3 to Resolution No. XVI/127/25 of the Wąbrzeźno City Council of December 17, 2025 on the city budget for 2026 and repayment of installments of credits and loans taken out in previous years in the amount of PLN 2, 964, 877.65. Detailed information regarding subject of the order 1) Amount of credit/loan available to the ordering party on the day of signing the contract: PLN 6, 964, 877.65 2) Loan period: until December 20, 2041. 3) Loan repayment grace period: until January 19, 2027. 4) Repayment of capital for the loan in the amount of PLN 6, 964, 877.65.
