Grant of rights to use MICROSOFT software products on a subscription basis The subject of the contract is the provision of rights to use MICROSOFT software products on a subscription basis. The products subject to the contract are described in Annex 3-Price proposal and in Table 1 in the technical specification, part of the documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the quantities of the requested licenses for each calendar year for which the respective licenses are activated. The maximum the period in which the Contractor should provide the Contracting Authority with access to the licenses by e-mail, through the contact persons of both parties, is 10 (ten) working days from the date of commencement of the term of the contract. For the second and third year of the contract The Contracting Authority sends an order to the Contractor with the corresponding number of licenses within 15 (fifteen) days before the expiration of the licenses from the previous year. The contractor is obliged, after receiving the order from the Employer, to renew the licenses before theirs leakage. In the same period described above, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a document issued by the manufacturer certifying the validity of the licenses by type and volume according to this section, for the benefit of the Contracting Authority. For the presented according to the terms of the contract document under the previous article, the parties to the contract sign a handover protocol without objections to the validity of the licenses for a period of one year.
