Overview
Jersey Development Company on behalf of the Government of Jersey, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced locally based main contractors for the delivery of Trenton Square granite paving repairs in St. Helier, Jersey.
Project Scope
The hard landscaped areas of Trenton Square are showing localised signs of settlement and cracking to the paved areas. These areas are in the main located around IFC5 which was the first IFC building to be constructed and are on the main public walk through for Trenton Square.
We need to carry out repair works to the area so that trip hazards are eliminated and to keep the high level of finishes for the area.
Eligibility Criteria
As part of the pre-qualification process interested parties must demonstrate:
• That they are established locally in Jersey
• Have proven experience in delivering construction projects of comparable scale and complexity
• Commitment to sustainability and social value outcomes
• Robust health and safety record
• Capacity to mobilise and deliver within the proposed timeframe
• That they are an active member of the Jersey Safety Council Behavioural Safety Scheme.
