Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided according to article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the State Contracting Law, contained inDecree No.74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta" dated September 17, 2001, will be sanctioned with fine equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract. The sheet ofConditions and the contract for the construction and supervision of public works, must contain the sanctioning clause. This same provision must also be applied to purchases made by electronic catalog. OBSERVATIONS: The price must be sent to this IHSS office hospital ofSpecialties Barrio La Granja, signed, sealed and dated, in sealed and lacrado, identifying it with the number of said price, otherwise it will not be considered in theprocess.
