HUS is planning a tender regarding the dyes/dye complex used in GRAM dyeing. Dyes are used in the Bacteriology units of the HUS Diagnostic Center for gram staining of positive blood culture samples and primary samples taken directly from clinical samples for gram staining and for gram staining made directly from bacterial colonies. The dyes must be suitable as a whole for the so-called to produce a traditional gram stain in such a way that the different staining properties of bacteria come to the fore. We are not interested in special mods of dye combinations that tend to reduce these dyeability characteristics specific to each species. With this request for information, we are looking for suppliers/companies in the market whose selections include products suitable for the purpose described above.
