The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Services are regulated by unit prices. The purpose of this contract is to entrust a service provider with the elimination of graffiti, degrading buildings, street furniture, works of art managed by Bordeaux Métropole or private facades (professional or private) located in the metropolitan territory: primarily in the territory of the municipality of Bordeaux (excluding the central sector) and in the southern, western and riverside territories right of the metropolitan territory.
