The work comprises the cutting and filling of the proposed new scrapyard area Land 12A to road levels. The cut is to be carried out using mechanical equipment and ordinary machinery and blasting is NOT permissible. The excavated material is to be used in filling lower areas. The excess excavated materials are to be transferred or transported to DLO store in Hafeera.
