The Protection Police requests applications for participation in the competition related to GPU server infrastructure and license and support services. The object of the acquisition is one (1) GPU server configuration, i.e. the server, drivers and software and support services. Acquisition the goal is to ensure fast, energy-saving, cost-effective computing power suitable for the procurement unit's current equipment base and development model. In addition to the equipment, related services are acquired, which include service, maintenance and support services. Peripherals and accessories can also be purchased in small quantities, which are taken into account in the estimated value of the purchase. Suitability requirements are set for candidates. In addition, requirements are set regarding server capacity, performance, compatibility and data security. The minimum requirements for the products and services to be procured are described in the draft of the preliminary request for tenders and its appendices. For security reasons, the documents will be handed over to those selected for the procurement procedure. Bidders must have readiness and ability to deliver the acquired assembly Q1/2026. A security agreement and other security-related investigations and arrangements are made with the selected supplier. The object of acquisition does not include the operating system (OS) and virtualization licenses. For security reasons, information about the current equipment stock or development model cannot be provided at this stage.
