Provide design and installation services. The services shall include, providing the county police department and/ or the county department of probation, a gps based offender tracking system (ots) to monitor the location of domestic violence offenders while, as an order of the courts, they are released on bail awaiting trial or as a condition of their sentencing, assigned to probation for monitoring. Additionally, owner will require the ots the ability to provide the victim of domestic violence a gps based device that would constantly report to the system their location as well.
