The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking to enhance the quality and performance of congressional print products. Current operations primarily utilize web offset paper rolls. GPO is exploring a phased transition to inkjet-treated paper to support evolving printing technologies.
The Government seeks to understand industry capability to supply both offset and inkjet-treated paper, including the ability to support a transition period where both product types may be required concurrently.
