The campaign must be adapted to the most recent scientific insights into heat and health be better tailored to existing and new vulnerable target groups. The assignment consists of three interrelated parts: • Development of an indicator set to systematically monitor the input, process, output and outcome of the campaign. • Perform a extensive evaluation of current materials, use, needs and bottlenecks for all target groups and settings. • Scientific literature research and preparation of target group-oriented key messages within the domains of health, building and area. The assignment aims to provide a future-proof, scientifically based basis for the further development of an accessible campaign that better supports citizens, professionals and organizations in dealing with heat and health. The further elaboration of communication strategies, visual aspects and campaign materials are not included in this assignment.
