These Selection Guidelines, read together with the Appendices, provide an explanation of the Assignment, the assignment description and the placement procedure for awarding the Assignment. This placement procedure is intended to lead to the closure of a construction team agreement and a construction agreement, with a Contractor responsible for the execution of the Assignment, in accordance with the Specifications and the conditions stated in the Specifications (as later communicated to the selected Candidates worried). With these Selection Guidelines, the Contracting Authority invites interested parties to submit an Application for Participation for the Contract. The Selection Guidelines contain information regarding the manner in which Applications for Participation are processed must be submitted. These Selection Guidelines contain in particular the description of the course of the selection phase for the award of the Assignment. The selection phase concerns the first phase of the placement procedure, during which suitable Candidates are identified selected. In the second phase of the placement procedure, i.e. the award phase, the Candidates selected by the Contracting Authority are requested to develop a proposal for the execution of the Assignment, in a Quotation for the Assignment. to offer.
