Assignment Design, Build and Maintain (DBM).

Belgian Defense provides to start a negotiating procedure with announcement in 2025 for the design, construction and maintenance (DBM) of a new military quarter in Charleroi. This military fifteen minutes will various defense unitshousing.

The project includes the complete allotment of an area of ​​approximately 27 ha, including, among others, the following facilities:

• Connections to existing utility lines (roads, energy, sewerage, water supply, etc.);

• Infrastructure for administrative functions: offices, meeting rooms, changing rooms and cafeterias;

• Infrastructure for training: classrooms, outdoor and indoor exercise grounds, simulation complex and a covered shooting position;

• Infrastructure for the maintenance of military vehicles: workshops, hoisting zones and storage spaces;

• garages and parking spacesfor military vehicles;

• medical and paramedical infrastructure in the form of a first-line care center and childcare;

• lodging, sports and catering facilities;

• parking spaces for civilian vehicles;
