The successful respondent(s) shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to support the development and execution of New Braunfels Utilities- (NBU) state legislative strategy and agenda by providing legislative monitoring, reporting, advocacy, and strategic advisory services (the “Services”). The Services include, but are not limited to, keeping NBU informed of relevant legislative and regulatory activity, advancing NBU-s policy priorities, and offering clear, actionable guidance on issues that may impact its operations during both legislative and interim sessions. NBU welcomes responses for the full scope of Services or for specific lines of NBU-s business, including water/wastewater or electric (energy). Respondents submitting proposals for a single line of business must clearly identify their area of focus and demonstrate relevant expertise and experience.
