Description : The supplier shall provide a fully managed security service including but not limited to the following:

• access control including management of the authority-s ID/access card system;

• patrols;

• surveillance and monitoring systems e.g. closed circuit television;

• escort duties;

• lost and found property;

• security incidents, alarm response and management;

• missing patient searches;

• management of radios;

• yard marshal resource;

• out of hours front house/concierge cover within and around Public Buildings and Healthcare environments.
