Description : 1. The Barangay Imelda, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Seven Pesos Only (Php 133, 597.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of CCTV.
2. In accordance with Section 35.1 for Two Failed Biddings of Republic Act No. 12009, also known as the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), the BAC hereby resorts to Negotiated Procurement as an alternative mode of procurement.
3. The Barangay Imelda now invites legally, technically, and financially capable suppliers/contractors/consultants to submit their best and final offer/quotation for the aforementioned project.
