GOODS 2026-080 PROVISION OF EVENT MANAGEMENT, CATBALOGAN CITY
The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2026 CITY MAYORS OFFICE Fund, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (P600, 000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration two (2) days on or before activity period, under Rule IV. Sec. 34 of RA 12009 Small Value Procurement for GOODS 2026-080 Provision of Event Management, CATBALOGAN CITY. Partial bids are not allowed. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Bids and Awards Committee Secretariat at the City Procurement Office 4th Floor City Hall Catbalogan City and inspect the Documents from 10:00 am-5:00 pm from the date of posting until 9:00 am of June 5, 2026.
