GOODS 2026-078 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF INKS, CATBALOGAN CITY
The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2026 CDRRMO 5% Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Five Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pesos (P205, 520.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration of Twenty-Five (25) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed, under Rule IV. Sec. 34 of RA 12009 Small Value Procurement for GOODS 2026-078 Supply and Delivery of Inks, CATBALOGAN CITY. Partial bids are not allowed. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
