GOODS 2026-060 PROVISION OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION within Catbalogan, Catbalogan City
The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2026 CTCAIO Fund, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Pesos (P525, 000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration stated in the quotation under Article IV. Sec. 34 of RA 12009 Small Value Procurement for GOODS 2026-060 PROVISION OF HOTEL ACCOMMODATION, Catbalogan City. Partial bids are not allowed. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
